Fore the Future: $17,500 Raised at Yesterday's Annual Golf Tournament

Yesterday was a pristine day on the greens at The Tribute Golf Links as community members, local business partners, and avid golfers came together for the Little Elm ISD Education Foundation’s annual golf tournament.


While final numbers are still rolling in, we are thrilled to announce that yesterday’s event raised $17,500! Every dollar goes directly toward supporting Little Elm ISD teachers and students through innovative classroom grants, student scholarships, and educational programs.

Honoring Our Golfers, Volunteers, and Winners

We extend a warm thank you to all of our foursomes who hit the links to support our schools, as well as the incredible volunteers who showed up early to assist with registration, set up, and event logistics.


Beyond the play on the course, attendees participated in our large raffle featuring fantastic prizes. Congratulations to Rendi Mills, the lucky winner of the 55" TV!


On the course, competition was fierce, ending with a rare tie for top honors:


  • Co-1st Place Team: Kelly Forbes, Bryan Gutierrez, Joey Myers, and Brian Zawacki


  • Co-1st Place Team: Jason Brothers, Ryan DeYear, Chris Schmitt, and Paden Schmitt


  • Closest to the Pin (Hole 5): Sam Bonser


  • Longest Drive (Hole 12): Jack Kelly
