Kicking Off an Unforgettable Year: Welcoming LEISD Teachers at Convocation!

There is nothing quite like the energy of a fresh school year, and this morning was no exception. We had a wonderful, breezy morning celebrating our incredible Little Elm ISD educators and staff at this year’s Convocation!

Convocation is always a highlight of the back-to-school season—a chance for the entire LEISD family to come together, share a few laughs, reconnect after the summer, and get energized before the first school bell rings.

Key leaders from our board of directors were on-site to welcome our returning Lobos, including Chad Nuzum (President), Larry Salerno (Past President), and Paula Ward (VP at Large). We spent the morning handing out our brand-new pens and talking with teachers about our upcoming teacher grants. Supporting our educators in bringing innovative, engaging ideas into their classrooms is at the heart of what we do, and seeing their enthusiasm for the year ahead made the morning even more special.

A huge thank you to Little Elm ISD for hosting such a fantastic event and to every single employee who works tirelessly to make our district a wonderful place for students to learn and grow.
