Step Up to the Plate: LEISDEF Takes Center Stage at the Frisco RoughRiders Game!
It was a beautiful night for baseball, community spirit, and celebrating local education! The Little Elm ISD Education Foundation (LEISDEF) had the incredible honor of being featured as the Community Spotlight during a recent Frisco RoughRiders game at Riders Field.
Thanks to our amazing community partners at CoServ, our team had an unforgettable evening highlighting the mission of LEISDEF and cheering on the 'Riders!
Pitch Perfect: Executive Director Sarah Allen Takes the Mound
The highlight of the pre-game ceremonies came when LEISDEF Executive Director Sarah Allen stepped up to the pitcher's mound to throw out the ceremonial first pitch! Representing our district and foundation, Sarah delivered a fantastic throw to kick off the game in style.

On the Big Screen & On the Field
The spotlight didn't end at the mound! Throughout the evening, fans in the stadium got a front-row look at our mission:
LEISDEF Info Video: An informational video played across the stadium's big screen, sharing LEISDEF’s story, our impact on LEISD classrooms, and how local community support helps fund teacher grants and student scholarships.
On-Field Recognition: Our LEISDEF Board Members had the special privilege of walking out onto the field during the event, receiving a round of applause from the crowd for their dedication to Little Elm ISD education.

This unforgettable night wouldn't have been possible without our generous friends at CoServ. As long-standing champions of both local education and community engagement, CoServ hosted LEISDEF for this special evening, continuing their incredible support of our foundation and the Little Elm community.
